Terms and Conditions – Multipower Muscle Beach Competition
1. Closing date: August 27, 2010. The Competition is open to all UK residents who are 18 years of age and above, except employees and the immediate families of Multipower, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE COMPETITION. Limited to one entry per person. All entries to be made via the Multipower website at www.multipoweruk.com
3. All entries with the correct answers will be entered into an independently supervised draw. Closing date for all entries is the 27th August. The winner will be notified immediately.
4. There will be 1x winner for the trip to Muscle Beach, leaving from London Heathrow on Saturday 4 September and returning on Saturday 11 September.
5. The prize consists of return flights from London to Los Angeles, 7 nights hotel accommodation near Venice Beach, £500 spending money, car hire for the trip (if winner aged 25 years or over)and tickets to the Muscle Beach Championships on Monday, September 6.
5. No cash or other prize alternatives are available. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with that of equal or greater value in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond their control.
6. Each entrant agrees and warrants that these terms and conditions and rules of the Competition are duly accepted, final and binding on each entrant.
7. The promoter holds no responsibility for lost, mislaid or damaged entries.
8. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
